This is a service that I like a lot. Simple concept, just follow MrTweet on Twitter and you will get your personal report back (url). Whenever you want to check people of interest to follow or followers that you are not following, browse through the results. You will also get statistics about each user such as reciprocity, number of updates, links, conversation and of course usual twitter info.
